AbbVie posted H1 2026 total revenue of USD 312.0 billion, up 11.2% in constant currencies, with immunology contributing USD 16.1 billion (+15.7%), neuroscience USD 6.1 billion (+22.9%), oncology USD 3.3 billion (-0.9%), aesthetics USD 2.5 billion (+3.7%), and other USD 1.9 billion (+4.5%). Skyrizi (risankizumab) delivered USD 10.0 billion in the first six months (+27.3%), and together with Rinvoq (upadacitinib) at USD 4.6 billion, the two immunology assets generated USD 14.6 billion – 91% of immunology revenue and 46% of total company sales.
The concentration underscores AbbVie's successful post-Humira transition, with Skyrizi's penetration across plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, coupled with Rinvoq's broadening rheumatology and dermatology labels, offsetting oncology flatness and aesthetic market softening.
With Skyrizi tracking toward a full-year run-rate above USD 20 billion, AbbVie has effectively rebuilt its flagship franchise on two oral or subcutaneous mechanisms with complementary indication maps and minimal overlap in safety profiling.
