J&J Advances Towards USD 100bn Revenue Target

Johnson & Johnson (J&J) reported H1 2026 revenue of USD 49.4 billion, up 8.2%, driven by its Innovative Medicine segment (USD 31.8 billion, +9.4%) and MedTech division (USD 17.6 billion, +6.0%). Oncology was a standout performer with USD 14.4 billion in sales (+19.9%), led by Darzalex (USD 8.2 billion, +20.6%), Carvykti (USD 1.3 billion, +55.1%), and a collective 70% growth in key bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) including Rybrevant and Talvey. In immunology, Tremfya (guselkumab) surged 70.6% to USD 3.7 billion, while neuroscience benefited from Spravato's 43.2% growth to USD 1.1 billion.

Based on this momentum, the company has raised its full-year revenue guidance to USD 100.8 to 101.4 billion, positioning it to cross the USD 100 billion threshold for the first time. The diversified growth across tumour necrosis factor alternatives, BCMA targeting, and IL-23 inhibition illustrates a successful pivot beyond patent cliffs.
