Pfizer highlighted 2026 as a critical R&D year, with approximately 20 pivotal trials underway. Key focus areas include the Phase III program for its once-monthly GLP-1 candidate, berobenatide (PF'3944), new oncology indications, and the potential regulatory submission for its Lyme disease vaccine, VLA15.
