Singapore's K2 Therapeutics, founded by MPM BioImpact in 2024, has emerged from stealth with a USD 50 million seed financing. K2's pipeline comprises eight assets spanning antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and T-cell engagers (TCEs) at preclinical through clinical stages, sourced through a global search-and-develop model.
The company describes its approach as combining global asset scouting with experienced drug-development leadership, aiming to identify first-in-class and best-in-class candidates irrespective of technology modality or geographic origin.
The USD 50 million seed commitment from MPM BioImpact will fund pipeline expansion and advancement of initial programmes.
