Novatim Licenses EGFR/c-MET Nano Bispecific to Radiance for USD 1.15b

China's Novatim Immune Therapeutics has licensed global ex-China rights for its first-in-class nano bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) KY-0301 to Radiance Biopharma in a deal worth up to USD 1.15 billion, including USD 15 million upfront. The EGFR/c-MET-targeting molecule demonstrates superior tumour penetration and antitumour activity versus traditional bispecific ADCs in pre-clinical models, with potential applications in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer (CRC) and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

KY-0301 received Investigational New Drug clearance in the US in 2024, and is currently in a Phase I dose escalation trial in China. Founder Guoxiang Wu highlighted the molecule's innovative design and preliminary clinical efficacy. The partnership accelerates global development for this nanobody-based ADC platform, which could address resistance mechanisms in multiple solid tumours through simultaneous targeting of two growth factor receptors.

PharmCube's NextBiopharm® database shows that this is already Novatim's second deal during H2 2025. Click here to request a free trial for NextBiopharm®.
