Artivila Therapeutics has raised nearly RMB 100 million (USD 12.5 million) in a Series A financing round led by Green Pine Capital Partners, with participation from Junyi Investment. Total funds raised to date exceed USD 50 million. Proceeds will be used to advance the company's lead assets into clinical development – particularly the first‑in‑class dual IRAK4/1 inhibitor ARD‑885 for autoimmune diseases – support IND filings, expand indications, and strengthen its AI‑augmented drug discovery platform in preparation for a future IPO.
Founded in 2018, Artivila applies an AI + Human Intelligence model integrating computational chemistry, structural biology, and translational pharmacology across small molecules, biologics, and gene therapy. The company's pipeline also includes SARM1 inhibitors for neurodegenerative disease and bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) for oncology. The round underscores continued investor appetite for AI‑native biotechs with clinically validated, differentiated assets rather than platform‑only propositions.
